I purchased the Good Feet insoles and liners over 30-years ago. They had a “lifetime warranty” when purchased. Recently they went bad, cracking and really bad shape. I returned them to the local Good Feet store expecting they would replace them at no cost. Problem, they do not honor their warranty.

The store manager said that because my foot changed by 1/2 size they could only give me a $99.95 credit, which lowered the new insoles to only $350.00.
